Grilled peaches and Ice cream rum marinade

One of my favorite desserts to have in the summer time is grilled peaches with ice cream usually I’d take a cap of rum and pour over the peach in my bowl but for a dinner party ( without kids ) I decided to marinate the peaches overnight in Bacardi rum . 

 

Cut peaches in in half , remove the seeds and place in a baking pan  with the cut side up.

Pour or rub  the mixture over the peaches I like to turn them a few times and get a nice goat over them . Cover and let them sit in the refrigerator for a few hours ( at least 4 )  .

grill on low heat for five minutes on each side. Remove from the grill  let the peaches cool off enough to serve over ice cream of your choice I usually go with Pistachio or Butter Peacan
